Sistem Informasi Aplikasi MyTowing

Involves the development of a mobile application designed to assist users with towing services. The application allows users to register, book towing services, provide reviews, and participate in forums. It includes detailed use cases, system architecture, and design diagrams, highlighting its functionality, such as user registration, towing service booking, review submission, forum participation, and more. The project is a collaborative effort by a group of students from BINUS University, Jakarta, as part of their course requirements.

VOMO: Unite through Volunteering

The VOMO project focuses on developing a web-based platform that connects volunteers with event promoters, simplifying the organization and participation in volunteer activities. The system enables users to register, browse events, communicate with organizers, and manage donations and merchandise. This project documents the entire development process, including system analysis, design, and implementation, detailing the methodologies used to build and test the platform. By covering each stage from requirements gathering to final deployment, the project demonstrates how VOMO was effectively developed to meet the needs of its users.

Business Intelligence for Tokopedia: Enhancing Customer Satisfaction through Data Analytics

This project highlights my expertise in data analytics through the development of a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) solution for Tokopedia, a major e-commerce platform in Indonesia. Using the CRISP-DM methodology, I analyzed customer reviews and feedback to extract valuable insights into customer sentiment and behavior. My work involved clustering customer data, forecasting customer actions, and identifying key areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Through this project, I demonstrated my ability to apply advanced data analytics techniques to solve real-world business challenges, driving strategic decision-making and contributing to the overall success of the platform.

SQL Database Design and Implementation for an E-Commerce Clothing Store

For this project, I designed and implemented a comprehensive SQL database for an e-commerce clothing store, showcasing my expertise in database design, normalization, and SQL query optimization. The project involved creating detailed schemas for managing customer data, staff information, clothing inventory, and transaction records, ensuring data integrity through the use of constraints and primary/foreign key relationships. I also executed complex queries to extract meaningful insights from the data, demonstrating my ability to handle real-world business scenarios effectively.

SeRuput Teh: Digital Platform for Streamlined Inventory and Transaction Management

SeRuput Teh is a digital platform project designed to enhance user experience by digitizing inventory and transaction processes. The project leverages the Java programming language as its core development tool, with a strong emphasis on utilizing the JavaFX library to create a responsive and intuitive user interface. Additionally, MySQL Database Engine is employed as the database management system to ensure reliability and scalability in information management. This approach allows SeRuput Teh to optimally harness technology, creating an efficient, modern, and trustworthy platform for managing inventory and transactions.
